Refund policy
Returns
We want you and your pet to love your order. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Because our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, please contact us first at before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we'll send you step-by-step instructions on where to ship it. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos at and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no return needed in most cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
Sale/clearance items, gift cards, and used or washed items cannot be returned.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order is sent to fulfillment and can't be modified.
